Our policy is the same as all other web or catalog retailers.
You will not incur any charges on any error caused by PEACHES or us.
We just ask that you email or call us so we can handle the error, as fast as possible.
For RETURNS or EXCHANGES it must not be washed, or worn.
It must be returned in the original wrapping with the tags.
Follow instruction below.
Should the package be torn or damaged in such a way you feel
it has damaged the uniforms.
Please take it back to the delivery company.
They are responsible for any damaged that has occurred during shipment.
Returns without exchange will be charged restocking fee as stated below.
EXCHANGE POLICY
All exchanges must be received within 30 days of delivery of uniform.
In order to maintain our low pricing structure for all customers
we must charge for shipping on all exchanges.
You will incur the shipping charges on the return and the new garment.
Credit if any will be issued after the new order is placed and garment(s) returned to us.
Exchange must be of equal value or more.
Re-order the new items through the web.
We will charge for the new items as in our standard policy.
We will issue a credit when we receive the returned items.
UNIFORM RETURNS WITHOUT EXCHANGE HAVE A

All returns must be received within 30 days of delivery of uniform.
NO REFUNDS AFTER THAT
All returns must be processed through our office and returned to our office.
Orders with free shipping be 10% or shipping/handling cost if it is more.
All returns must be pre-authorized by us.
This should be done by e-mail so we both have a record (if possible).
In the e-mail state the reason for the return, and if you want it replaced, or your money back.
Your e-mail should also contain name, address, and phone number to verify all information.
